Great day but very strenuous. After a 50 mile ride thru potato and wheat fields with the Teton mountains looming ever closer,we started the climb to Teton Pass. The 9 mile climb was punctuated with 10 % grades but I made it.
Now we are on the outskirts of Jackson,WY. Staying at the Teton Science Center and a
day off to rest and do laundry.
Some pictures from the day.
Fields of wheat and pototos with our mountain pass in the distance.
Made it to the top. 8,471 ft and a spectacular view. And a 5 mile downhill with speeds In the low 40s. Again I wimped out could have been well into the mid fifties.

Sue and I follow your updates on a daily basis and enjoy them very much. You prepared well and are more than ready for the challenging parts. What a wonderful adventure. Enjoy the journey. Gary & Sue Cotton
